Interim Study Update from October 25th

The document below provides a description of the interim study held on October 25th at the Oklahoma State Capitol.  The purpose of the study was to look at Damarion's Law which requires child care providers to either carry liability insurance to notify the parents that they do not carry it.  Currently, 37% of family child care homes carry liablity insurance while 92% of child care centers carry it.

The second portion of the hearing focused on child care regulations and some child care providers finding the regulations unreasonable.
